Jacob was tired and wanted me to carry him to the car. My arms were full so I wouldn't. He walked over to Kate and said, "Kate, carry me?"

First cool day

Enjoying the first cool day by chilling outside.

Meanwhile, Kate is inside with the stomach flu poor child.

Sleepover!

What is a sleepover we out brownie in a mug? Trying to spread my obsession to the wee ones.

Zoo love

Enjoying rescue zoo this morning. Kids won't let me go near the big cats. Frankly, I'm okay with that.

Bike Mahem

Daddy P spent almost two hours dining back bike tire blowouts. Poor dude.

This was the first weekend we "split up" for a few hours each day. While I was resistant at first it was a really nice way to spend time one on one with a kid. Glad Daddy P suggested this divide and conquer idea.

Sometime later after lots of wiping he proclaims: all gone!

Thank goodness for brand new McDonald playscapes...

(although when I ordered apples the guy acted like he had no idea they were on the menu)
